Refund policy

At PAW LUXE, we want your pet to be comfortable and happy with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy applies ONLY to Pet Shoes and Pet Harnesses purchased from PAW LUXE.

1. Returns for Pet Shoes & Pet Harnesses

Pet Shoes and Pet Harnesses can be returned if:

The product is unused and unworn.
The product is in its original condition and packaging.
The product has not been damaged, washed, or altered.
The return request is made within 4 days of receiving the order.

2. Return Shipping Charge

A ₹100 return shipping charge will be applicable for every approved return of Pet Shoes or Pet Harnesses.

This charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Size Issues

If the Pet Shoes or Pet Harness do not fit your pet, you may request a return within 4 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, please contact PAW LUXE within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, PAW LUXE may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed to the original payment method, after deducting the ₹100 return shipping charge.

6. Other PAW LUXE Products

This Refund & Return Policy applies ONLY to Pet Shoes and Pet Harnesses.

This policy does NOT apply to any other products sold by PAW LUXE. Returns, refunds, or exchanges for other products are subject to their respective policies, if applicable.
